Prepare your measurements

Note down your following measurements before completing the questionnaire in the next step. Label each measurement as per the diagram below:

Please ask someone (if possible) to take a picture of you from the side, keeping your legs straight (don't bend your knees), and see how far you get to touching your toes (as per pic below).
