BODY GEOMETRY MEASUREMENTS
The quality of our advice largely depends on the accuracy of your measurements. Ask someone to help you, as this increases the accuracy of your measurements. (Please detail in centimeters)
RATE YOUR FLEXIBILITY
Refer to the image below and note down whether you are mildly flexible, moderately flexible, or significantly flexible.
SADDLE MEASUREMENTS
Saddle Height
Measure from the centre of BB, up the seat post to the top of the saddle.
Saddle Length & Width
A1 is the length and A2 is the width.
HANDLEBAR MEASUREMENTS
Where to measure depends on the type of bike. Refer below:
Road / Gravel Bike
Measure the inside width between the upward handles.
Mountain Bike
Take a straight line measurement from tip to tip
Handlebar Drop
Now measure the ‘handlebar drop’ which refers to the distance between the top of the saddle and the top of the handlebar noted as F below.
Stem Length
Refer to the red lines left and right for from to points.
CRANK & FRAME MEASUREMENTS
Crank Length
Measure the length between the indicated red lines below.
Frame Size
Measure the inside length from handlebar stem to saddle stem.
